Bunny Burrows Boarding agrees to provide safe, clean, appropriate living conditions.

Bunny Burrows Boarding agrees to provide 'a holiday getaway' for 'the boarder'. Once the booking form and deposit is received a contract is deemed as active. The deposit is non refundable and is deducted from the final booking costs. The deposit must be paid with 72 hours otherwise the hutch will be released to another booking. Bunny Burrows Boarding cannot be held responsible for the hutch no longer being available to you if the forms/the deposit is not received in time as of our terms and conditions.

Bunny Burrows agrees to have 'owner' and 'boarder' details.

'The owner' agrees to provide Bunny Burrows Boarding with full information of behavioural, dietary and special needs/requirements. It is extremely important to notify us of any health issues 'the boarder' has or had recently, or anything recurrent e.g. regular gas or stasis episodes in rabbits. We cannot protect your pet with no information so even if it seems irrelevant it needs to be disclosed. Bunny Burrows Boarding is happy to provide Burgess Excel for guinea pigs and rabbits, Pets At Home nuggets for guinea pigs and Science Selective pellets for rabbits. Any other foods will need to be provided by 'the owner' and Bunny Burrows Boarding are quite happy to start the switch over process with rabbits from muesli to pellet food because of the negative effects muesli has on a rabbits health. We also offer a grooming and nail clipping service. Bunny Burrows Boarding does not take responsibility for any behavioural problems that may arise from keeping animals in close proximity in a new place to them.

Full payment in cash or bank transfer is required when dropping off boarders at the start of their holiday. If for some reason payment is not made every day will incur an extra charge until payment is made. We are open for collections, drop off's and visits via appointment Monday-Friday between 10:30 am – 7 pm, Saturday 11 am to 4 pm, CLOSED Sundays.

Please note the 25% deposit to secure book accommodation is non refundable in the event of cancellation. If the cancellation happens 4 weeks before the booking starts then 50% of the booking fee is due. If the cancellation happens within 3 weeks of its start date then the full amount is requested to compensate for loss of earnings. Every booking made is reserved as a blocked off time slot that prevents others from that time slot. If you decrease the duration of your allotted stay and have already paid your deposit you still owe the monies for those unused days. This is to cover for loss of income as that time slot cannot be replaced. If you wish to extend bookings you will be charged for each additional day as normal. If you wish to extend then choose to collect early you're still required to pay for your extension as again, the time cannot be given to someone else.

'The owner' books a time slot to drop off and collect their pets. Failure to keep to times results in delays for the owner and other owners. Consideration for others is key. Therefore notifying Bunny Burrows Boarding of any delays is vital and appreciated. If you have missed your collection time you will have to make another appointment.

This is a residential area so consideration to residents is priority.

In the event of 'the boarder' needing veterinary treatment 'the owner' agrees Bunny Burrows Boarding is allowed to take their pet to one of two local veterinary practices and proceed in their best interests:

All fees to be reimbursed by you 'the owner' upon collection. By signing Bunny Burrows booking form you are agreeing to pay for any costs of treatment your pet may incur during their stay in addition to their booking fee.

Bunny Burrows Boarding accepts no liability if your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst boarding with us. Sadly small animals can pass away with little or no warning and if this happens Bunny Burrows Boarding will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes.

'The owner' understands delay in collection will be chargeable at current daily rates and may be charged an inconvenience fee for waste of time & materials.

'The owner' accepts that any unexplained delays in collection of boarders that exceeds 10 days after the agreed collection date, and if 'the owner' cannot be contacted in any of the ways provided or fails to contact Bunny Burrows Boarding for an extension to boarding dates, 'the boarder/s' then become the property of Bunny Burrows Boarding and arrangements will be made for the safe re-homing of the animal/s in question

When boarding rabbits with Bunny Burrows Boarding vaccination certificates must be presented upon drop off of 'the boarder' as proof of vaccination. Bunny Burrows Boarding will not admit any rabbits to our holiday home without appropriate vaccinations for the safety of other boarders and personal pets. Vaccinations must be given at least 21 days prior to boarding with Bunny Burrows Boarding or we will refuse to board your rabbits. Your rabbits must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and RHD1 (combined yearly vaccine) and RHD2 (Every 6 months- 1 year depending on low or high risk areas). There are no exceptions on our vaccination policy.

All animals admitted will be health checked and Bunny Burrows Boarding reserves the right to refuse boarding to any pet it deems could put others at risk if any health issues have not been previously discussed.

Bunny Burrows Boarding uses bales of hay and straw from a locally sourced farm. There is a small chance of mites being brought in with these bales as they are natural products and this cannot be helped. By signing our forms you are agreeing to this risk and Bunny Burrows Boarding are not responsible should it occur.

We do not take responsibility for carriers or others belongings, and Bunny Burrows Boarding requests you take these home with you after drop off.

Bunny Burrows Boarding does not tolerate negative or abusive behaviour and we have to right to refuse service to any person we feel is acting in this way.

'The owner' accepts the terms and conditions of Bunny Burrows Boarding when signing Bunny Burrows Boarding booking form.

Our priority is first and foremost with the boarder. Rest assured everything humanly possible will be done to give 'the boarder' the most pleasant stay possible and the welfare of your pet is the most important part of this experience.

Bunny Burrows Boarding reserves the right to decrease size of hutches to fulfill demand. This will never be detrimental to the animal and will be done for a minimal time as possible.
